Terms and Conditions

These terms define user responsibilities, service limits, security assumptions, and liability limits for use of the application.

Acceptance and electronic signature

By creating an account, signing in, clicking accept, using the service, or continuing to use the service after notice of updates, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Your acceptance is recorded with your account, document version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and signature name.

If you use the service for an organization, household, client, employer, school, or workspace, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that use and to submit or manage the related data.

Service description

The service provides account, workspace, dashboard, tasks, projects, automations, activities, events, calendars, time tracking, notes, documents, spreadsheets, lists, recipes, counters, habits, relationships, friends, messaging, files, collaboration, inventory, invoices, billing, budgeting, watchlists, health tracking, password manager, authenticator, notifications, integrations, search, security tools, and AI-assisted features.

Features may change, be interrupted, be rate limited, be removed, require configuration, or depend on third-party services, user-provided credentials, workspace permissions, browser/device support, or available infrastructure.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping credentials, MFA devices, trusted devices, recovery phrases, API keys, webhook URLs, encryption keys, connected accounts, and devices secure. Activity under your account or workspace is your responsibility unless applicable law says otherwise.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, permissions, billing, module access, exports, connected integrations, retention decisions, and the actions of users they authorize.

Your content and backups

You retain responsibility for content you enter, upload, import, generate, connect, share, store, or transmit, including messages, files, documents, spreadsheets, notes, health records, financial records, invoices, credentials, authenticator entries, API keys, and integration data.

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data. The service is not a guaranteed backup, archive, escrow, disaster recovery, compliance, medical, financial, legal, tax, or records-retention system unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate rights, upload malware, attack systems, bypass security, scrape or overload the service, send spam, harass others, store illegal content, intercept communications, misuse AI, expose another person's private data without authority, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, integrations, APIs, or infrastructure.

You may not use password, authenticator, automation, notification, integration, import/export, or AI features in a way that compromises third-party systems, violates provider terms, or creates unlawful access.

Sensitive features

Health features are for personal organization only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a replacement for a qualified professional. Financial, budgeting, asset, invoice, and transaction features are not banking, accounting, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. AI outputs are not professional advice and may be wrong.

Password manager and authenticator features are convenience tools. They do not guarantee that credentials, codes, secrets, devices, vault records, exports, or accounts will be secure, recoverable, available, or accepted by third-party services.

Third-party services and integrations

The service may rely on or connect to third-party providers, including hosting, databases, email, payment processing, OAuth, AI, calendars, health imports, weather, package tracking, media systems, Discord webhooks, Plex, Radarr, Sonarr, qBittorrent, TrueNAS, and other services you configure.

You are responsible for your use of third-party services and for complying with their terms. We are not liable for third-party outages, security failures, rate limits, data loss, data disclosure, API changes, billing, inaccurate results, provider misconduct, credential misuse, or unavailable integrations.

Security limitations

The service uses security controls intended to reduce risk, including authentication, MFA support, CSRF protection, rate limiting, session controls, role-based access, audit logs, and optional workspace encryption paths for some data. These controls are not a promise that the service, database, account, device, network, backup, integration, or encrypted content cannot be accessed, altered, lost, stolen, corrupted, disclosed, or made unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume the risk of data loss, credential theft, unauthorized access, administrator misuse, user error, malware, ransomware, phishing, insecure devices, weak passwords, lost MFA devices, lost encryption keys, provider failure, network failure, software defects, and other security events related to your account, workspace, device, content, or integrations.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, data integrity, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator, owner, developers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost business, lost data, data breach, data theft, data corruption, credential loss, account compromise, downtime, replacement services, reputational harm, security incidents, or unauthorized access, even if advised that such damages are possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. Some laws do not allow certain limits, so the limits apply only as far as legally allowed.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service operator, owner, developers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your content, account activity, workspace administration, integrations, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, disable, delete, or terminate access to accounts, workspaces, data, integrations, or features for security reasons, suspected abuse, legal compliance, nonpayment, operational needs, violation of these terms, or risk to the service or others.

Changes

We may update these terms as features, risks, laws, providers, or business needs change. The app may require acceptance of updated terms before continued use. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing limits

These terms are intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
